Facebook just dropped the ‘Creator Fast Track’ program, targeting creators with big followings on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. The pitch: guaranteed pay and boosted reach for sharing Reels on Facebook, no exclusive content or fresh start required.

Guaranteed cash for your best hits

Creators with at least 100,000 followers on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram can pocket $1,000 per month. Those with over one million followers score $3,000 monthly. The catch? You need to post eligible Reels on Facebook for three months. The bonus lasts for three months, but Facebook says it’ll keep boosting your reach until you find an audience on the platform.

There’s no need to grind out brand-new content. “If you have a great back catalog of best hits, we would love to get that as well, and that qualifies for the terms of the program.” That’s straight from Yair Livne, VP of Creator Product at Facebook.

Monetization, minus the grind

Normally, Facebook’s monetization tools are locked behind follower minimums and other hurdles. With Creator Fast Track, eligible creators get instant access-no waiting, no follower grind. You keep earning from posts even after the three-month program ends.

Facebook paid nearly $3 billion to creators in 2025, up 35% from the previous year. Over 60% of that went to Reels, showing where the platform is putting its chips. The number of creators making $10,000+ a year on Facebook jumped by 30% year-over-year.

New tools to track your earnings

Facebook is also rolling out new metrics for creators. The ‘qualified views’ stat shows how many views could actually earn you money. If someone bails after a second, that doesn’t count. The ‘earnings rate’ metric estimates your pay per 1,000 qualified views. There’s also a ‘non-qualified views’ breakdown, so you can see why some views don’t pay and how to improve your future earnings.

Why this matters for creators

If you’re already big on TikTok or YouTube, Facebook is making it painless to double-dip. You don’t have to start from zero or churn out exclusive content. The guaranteed payouts and instant monetization tools mean less risk and faster rewards. For Facebook, it’s a direct play to siphon top talent from rival platforms and pump up Reels engagement.

The bottom line

  • Creators with big followings can earn $1,000-$3,000/month for posting Reels on Facebook.
  • No exclusive content required-your best old clips count.
  • Instant access to monetization tools, skipping the usual follower grind.
  • New metrics make it easier to track and optimize your earnings.
